My stay at Hotel El Paraiso was truly a delight. The breathtaking setting and pristine gardens provided a serene and picturesque backdrop for my visit. I thoroughly enjoyed strolling through the well-designed grounds, taking in the stunning views and admiring the vibrant roses. The comfort of the room and bed, along with the pleasant public areas, made for a cozy and relaxing stay. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the lack of tea/coffee making facilities and a sagging bed, the overall experience at Hotel El Paraiso was wonderful. The understanding staff, who promptly moved me to a quieter room upon request, further contributed to my positive experience. I highly recommend this delightful hotel and its stunning grounds.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel is a mountain oasis with beautiful gardens, and it's conveniently located near the centro. We appreciated the comfortable room and bed, as well as the friendly staff. the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and served in a lovely setting. we loved being able to pick up some food at a nearby shop for a nice picknicking experience.

The plumbing can be noisy at times.

The hotel is located in a breathtaking spot, surrounded by mountains and next to a crystal-clear river. the gardens are beautifully designed, and the local food offered is delicious. the hotel offers guided walks in the nearby woods, which is a great way to explore the outdoors.

The hotel lacks pet-friendly accommodations, and the rooms located in the basement need a redesign. the heating system was not effective, especially during the night.

We had a splendid stay in this venue, enjoying luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the garden area was an idyllic retreat, where we spent hours relaxing by the tumbling stream. the room had exclusive facilities, like a cozy fireplace and a deep, soaking bathtub, which made our stay ultra, comfortable. We relished our dinner at the refined restaurant, which offered an exquisite menu and impeccable service. the lounge area had an exquisite selection of drinks and was a great place to unwind after a long day.

The location was breathtaking, nestled amongst the lush forests of the mountains. the hotel could improve its service, as we experienced a minor issue with the heating system in our room, which made the space too cold for the night.

I had a lovely time at this hotel located in a charming mountainous area. Its beautiful gardens, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the hotel facilities were impressive, especially the restaurant, where I had one of the best dining experiences of my life. Moreover, the hotel is located quite near the town center, where you can find a shop that opens later into the night.
